It has grown too common to wait long hours for simple repairs and to pay outrageous prices for minor car mishaps. Auto Pros, clearly does not stand by this modern trend. They are beyond the quickest, most professional, and reasonably priced place we have ever visited. We should all strive to be more like Auto Pros, a clear symbol of the American dream and Auto repairs done right. In our moment of need (a nail in our tire) Auto Pros showed up early and helped us get back on the road! We were out within 10 minutes! Don’t believe me? Go find out for yourself! Before coming I called for timing availability and pricing, lady specifically asked about tire size and told me it will be $25 each. I said thank you and headed to the shop. Upon arrival I told the lady “hi, its me, just called you, here to swap my 21” tires into winter set”, lady immediately recognized me and said 2 hours wait, which was fine. As almost 2 hours passed, lady called me to say “car is ready, your bill is $190”. Confused, I asked what happened to $25 per tire, she just said, nope its now $190. I went to manager and kindly explained, while I already paid your $190, you quoted me for $100, you did not tell me you’ll doubling your labor charge without notice (there no parts involved). He just looked at me and said, nope we must have misquoted $190 is what you supposed to pay. I left without getting into argument, but I am not feeling right about this place. What kind of place tells you one price, to which you agree and then double dips while holding keys to your car. Doubt I will be coming back there again. Update: they called and said “yeah, we missed up, how about few dollars discount”. I said, the proper thing to do is to refund me for the work you did not do. They said, okay we’ll call you tomorrow when the manager is back, of course no one ever called back.
