A&S Installation

Almost every single place wanted me to come into the shop to see what kind of vehicle I was driving and what equipment I had (doesn’t make sense to me as I can tell you the equipment and vehicle over the phone) to offer the quote which is extremely difficult because I work long days. I called A&S and gave all the information over the phone, they gave a quote on the spot, and this being an EXTREMELY busy place they got me scheduled for the very next Saturday. Very professional on the phone. I told them what another dealer said about over charging me for a part that was required and they explained the part was needed but no where near the price I was being charged. They had a very reasonable quote. I showed up at the time they said, the gentleman came out (Eric I believe his name was), showed him my equipment and we went over a few options and he gave some recommendations and I left my car feeling very confident they were going to do a great job. He called me as soon as the vehicle was done and explained everything. *This is why I put 4 stars and not 5*. The quote was originally 550 to 600, when I left he stated it’s going to be right on the 600$ mark. When he called, he explained he had to use more wiring and the price went all the way up to over 700$. That was my only “concern/nit pick” but I also was ok with it because I felt they deserved it getting me in as soon as they did and got my car completed as quick as they did. When I arrived, he walked out with me, showed me everything, explained everything, and made me turn the vehicle on to make sure I was happy. The only reason I “nit picked” this because some people do budget and say to themselves “ok I got this 600$ to the side” and without warning or at the start explaining “hey this could be more money for x and x”. As I stated though, they were very professional, fast, and the work looks very professional. He explained all the break in periods for my equipment which I didn’t even know I had to do. Writing this review after 4 hrs of having the vehicle back and testing stuff out and so far everything is perfect! I have been taking every car I have owened, right after I bought it, to this place to get my windows tinted for the past 15 years. I have also brought all of my family’s cars here to get tinted.
