The customer service was incredible. The owner himself made sure everything was done perfectly. My installation specialists Hector was top notch. He was super fast and efficient and took time to make sure everything was tuned perfectly. I cannot reccomend this place enough. Great Price, Great Service, and Steve the owner took time to listen to my needs and didn’t try to up sell me. I needed a new stereo in my truck, new speaker that had blown out, rear view camera and what we later found out ; some type of adapter to make sure my truck dvd player played through my stereo. He was great with his knowledge and doing his research to locate all the correct parts and equipment for my vehicle. Once everything was ordered he was so quick with the installation. The customer service here was over and beyond what he needed to offer, and I appreciate that now a days more than anything. He even picked up and dropped off my vehicle for me since I didn’t have the time once appointment day arrived. I will return here for all of my trucks. Price was great. Speed of service was unmatched. Knowledge and expertise was on point; as so learned a lot through him. Thank you so much Cave audio! I can drive more safe with my back up camera installed now.
