The install was scheduled between 10-12 and the installer was there around 11. He was good, nice and did a great job. After he was done I noticed a problem with what I thought was a seal. I called the office and they sent my installer back out the next morning. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it. It had nothing to do with the install. Was a weathered rubber strip that lost its adhesive over the last 20 years. After a good conversation he was done. No charge to me. I then got a call from the office and they wanted to send another person out to just make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I let them know that I was and there is no need to send anyone else out. What company care this much and has customer service like this anymore. This was a great experience and I will never go anywhere else. Mike was my installer and a great guy. Job well done by the entire team. The employees were great also. Best of all a very fair price. Unfortunately i get windshield work to much. Will call on them for new pair of glasses after winter is over nothing worse the a pitted windshield. —– Author: C. A.
