They scheduled me an appointment within a week, and installed everything within just a few hours. Prices are fair, customer service is excellent, and so far, it seems like the install quality is excellent as well! My Dad recommended me to go here as they have done excellent on my parents vehicles. 4 new tires 429.00 45 k mile warranty!! Dropped my car off and got a call that it was ready within an hour of dropping it off! Fast, Friendly, Honest , Good Prices! They take car of your vehicle too so you don’t have to worry about someone coming and stealing the vehicle! Sadly something we have to worry about these day! I have been going back and forth on what I wanted to do with my F150. Everyone who works here was knowledgeable and patient with my process of asking questions and walked me through different options. I ended up going with a 4 inch BDS IFP Strut lift, that can be changed to a 6 once my kiddos get bigger. Also purchased a set of the new Falken Wildpeak AT4w tires in 35×12.5. The price was the best price, by a longshot, after shopping around locally. The installation was quick, clean, and extremely professional. When you are dropping a chunk of cash, it feels good to be able to ask questions and get treated with respect and thoughtfulness. I will be bringing this rig, and any others to Trendsetters from now on. My very first interaction with them was a really thoughtful back and forth with Adam, where we narrowed down shocks and tires based on my current and future needs. They didn’t want me to walk out of there with anything but the best setup. Once everything was decided on, the work was super quick and reasonably priced. Everything looks and drives perfectly. Adam, Jenny, and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair, staff was friendly and communicative and all the work exceeded my expectations. They even painted my older suspension parts so everything looks brand new. I still can’t get over what a great job they did. My 14 year old truck looks slick and feels brand new again. Adam the service guy worked with me for countless hours to get me what I was looking for. I played around with four wheel parts and they were horrible. They rarely pick up the phone. This guy was available not only by phone but also by email. His prices were reasonable. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information I was requesting. Highly recommend them. UPDATE: So after dealing with a Lemon Vehicle I finally got things lined up with Trendsetters and wow did not disappoint at all. Communication was awesome, they finished on time and everything was perfect. They even installed something that was in the truck that I had planned on doing, they just went ahead and did it because it was there. The lift was great, the price was even better and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
