Review: Great experience I had working with the Owner here Greg, got what I wanted at the best price in town. I would be back for more.
I got aluminum shelving, customized, they were 50%-20% cheaper then any other store I was shopping around for. Locally or nationally.

Review: Pleasantly surprised. Customer service is clearly a priority and pricing is just better than Salem and Albany options. Installation appears to be perfect as well. I wish I didn’t have to go to Portland for my needs but it was certainly worth it.

Review: Nice store with a wide selection. Prices tend to be high. Also, staff seems like they are always on the phone or on a computer. I can stand there in an empty store for 10 mins before someone asks if I need help. Luckily, I usually know what I came in for and where to find it.

Review: I can personally attest that Craig and Mike know exactly what they are doing and how to run a business. Tom is very knowledgeable about products if you want some 4×4 gear. They have some of the best pricing and best service in the Portland Area. I would gladly bring my rig back anytime. Gotta love a company that supports local business. They Will give options as far as pricing and eta, along with being very clear as to scheduling. They are busy so do you have to show up on time to your appointment. Awesome communication and they always go above beyond, they will also notify you of any rebates going on to help you out. Looking forward to doing more business together in the future!

Review: This place is like a candy store for professional auto detailers. The variety of product and inventory is unmatched by any business in the PNW. Prices are also better than Amazon. I will definitely stop by every time I am in town to stock up on product for my business. Ask for Craig when you come in he is very helpful.

Review: Disappointing, wretched customer service, low quality installation, and lacking in any post sales assistance.
I provided them the make, model and confirmation of my 5th wheel. A NW auto rep provided a recommendation for which hitch to buy and assured me it would work. They even gathered measurements of my truck. Post install, I hooked it to my camper and it was too high, resulting in the 5th wheel being very high on the front. The hitch was at its lowest setting. Once I alerted them, they told me they couldn’t do anything and then told me they’d never have given me a recommendation. I also had them install some Airlift airbags for me. They clearly removed the end links and lowered the rear sway bar while installing the airbags. They never added the nut back to the driver side end link. It damaged the threads and I’m buying a new end link as a result.
Avoid this place.

Review: Best customer service ever! I called and talked to Tom N. on the phone for a little while about canopies for my F150. It was an easy decision to order one that day, Tom was the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever spoken to. Today I had an appointment to have it installed and I couldn’t be happier with the sales, service and customer support they showed me. I live over 2 hours away from their shop and I don’t think I’ll be buying accessories anywhere else. Thanks again for making my truck look better.
