Review: MW did an awesome job of replacing my obsolete factory audio with an aftermarket unit that outperforms my original unit in every way. Like others, I was leery of entrusting my vehicle to a chain franchise. I found owner Peter C. to be helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. Unlike other shops where upselling is an art, Peter listened carefully to what I wanted so he could recommend a product that would deliver – nothing more, nothing less, all at a reasonable price.
The end result is a flawless installation that looks original, and an audio system that makes me want to take the long road home.
Look no further than MW Autocraft for the total package in customer satisfaction!

Review: I’ve been coming here for many years and multiple vehicle stereo upgrades. This time was for the window tinting in my new/used car. Fantastic work, great prices, and the personal job you get from the owner, Pete, is superb. I will always come back to them as they are the best in town. They offer multiple car upgrades for all cars.

Review: After being treated like an idiot at car toys, it was refreshing to have such straight forward, open, and honest treatment from the guys at Mobile West. Car toys wanted to literally charge me DOUBLE what Mobile West did, with absolutely no information on what justified such outrageous price hikes. The staff at Mobile West were friendly, honest, professional, and super helpful. My car stereo sounds great, and having done installations myself, I can tell you that their attention to detail, and quality of work, is top notch. Review: Called for an estimate to replace my OEM receiver with a new one I had purchased (from Cruchfield with all req accessories), was given a quote, and same day appt. They completed the install at the quoted price, and although they didn’t notice one speaker now wasn’t working, when I informed them they reconnected that speakers wires and I was good to go. Sounds great, so no complaint here.

Review: I never wrote a review for this place but I got a new stereo put into a car from 94’. They came recommended by a friend. I see a few reviews on here about bad customer service and I had the complete opposite experience. They were low pressure, friendly despite being very busy, and got my car in and out within a few hours. They also printed out info for recommended mechanics and other services who all turned out to be incredible.

Review: So, my guy’s store was lost due to recent ice storm. And I really like my alarm system and stereo. So, the thought of starting over frightened me, but I researched, dealt with a couple of folks interested only in upselling me to “their” systems, contacted my mechanic friends, attempted the manual myself, and went with friend recommendations. I met Peter and was instantly swayed by a guy who knows his business. The boss man working the front desk, knee deep in paperwork while engaging his team. No hard sell, but he did get me in for an appointment. I came in and Josh the tech fixed me up and out the door I went, even though my equipment wasn’t theirs. But what they got? A returning customer with referral power. Kudos and mahalos from Kana in Kenton with Grrr! The Honda Element

Review: BEWARE STAY AWAY!!! I dropped off my headliner, rear deck and sun visors to be reuphosltered by Mobile West back in October. I was told at the time they would be done in the following week. Well nothing was ready when I was told and instead it was over a month before they were ready. When I went to pickup the pieces I noticed there was glue bleeding through on one of the visors so I left it for them to fix. Another 2 weeks or so and its ready. Pick it up install it and the vanity light doesn’t work. Come to find out they broke the visor when they opened it. So I take it back and show them. I was told by the Owner Peter they would order a new one. A week or so later still nothing. I had to send him the link where to buy one and it took me all of 2 min to find yet for some reason he told me he couldn’t find one. So at this point I’m frustrated and he tells me that his upholstery guy hasn’t been in for awhile and he has no clue whats going on with him. I tell him he has 2 weeks to get this taken care of at this point or I want a refund and the replacement visor for the one they broke. Welp I gave him a month. Peter the owner never called to tell me what was going on so I showed up and guess what……Visor still not done. He then gives me the same excuse that he has no clue where his guy is but he’ll get it taken care of even if he has to take it to another shop. Nope at this point I asked for a refund and the visor so I can take it somewhere thats more professional and that can actually do the job I paid them to do. So Peter gives me the visors and $200 of my money back which is less than I paid them and sends me on my way. Months later and time wasted because of this guys failure at management and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anybody does business with them unless you like being lied to and waiting months to get stuff done that should’ve only taken a month at most.

Review: This is THE place to go for your auto upgrades!! Peter and his team offer old-school friendly customer service and the highest level of new-school tech.
I first visited Mobile West years ago after a break-in. I was so happy with that alarm installation that I kept coming back. I’ve since had multiple systems installed and had them upgrade my alarm. When things went sideways by my own fault. Peter helped me initially diagnose the issue on the phone and then had his team working hard to solve the residual troubles caused by my error.
Don’t even consider another shop. These are the real pros!

Review: Best in the business. Highly Recommended for all your car audio needs . Very Knowledgeable and great customer service . 5 Stars all the way . They also tint Windows and do security systems work on pretty much anything with wheels plus boats. From mild to wild they have you covered long time customer that won’t take any of my vehicles any were else ……
