I learned that PPF is almost 3x the thickness of the Vinyl Wrap I was going to get, and self healing for small events. Scott, at my local Alset, was extremely courteous, explained the whole process to me, and gave me a PPF & Tint package price that was in-line with, and cheaper than some Vinyl Wrap quotes I had received. They even did some extra things that would have cost me additionally at another shop, or to buy the parts on-line and try to do them myself. I saw all models of Tesla when I was there, and they were even Clear-PPFing a really hot Mustang. They took great care of me and I felt confident leaving my Cybertruck in good hands while I went on a trip out of country. Before finalizing my plans on which wrap and tint to select, I was able to go to the shop and review all options with Chris and John. This was super helpful and much appreciated. Not once did I feel any pressure during the review and quote stages and they worked with me on an extremely competitive price for what I asked for. They kept me informed throughout and we’re always auoer responsive if I had any questions along the way. I just bought a new to me (used) Tesla 3 LR and wanted to get the windows tinted. It was easy to setup an appointment time and pricing was transparent. Check-in was easy and Nate communicated very well. Price was as expected and results are phenomenal. I’ve had other cars tinted by other places, and Alset has now become my go-to. He was very transparent about pricing and also gave us a great deal on tinting the front windows. Even after we noticed a few minor things that needed to be corrected, Ian took amazing care of us and redid some of the work free of charge to make sure that the car was perfect. We’re extremely happy with the results and HIGHLY recommend ALSET for any of your Tesla needs. We will definitely go back to ALSET in Portland for any future work. Super easy to communicate with, willing to answer any question I posed, gave me clear pricing on everything I wanted to have done (PPF, Ceramic Coat and window tint,) and, was able to get me in without an extensive wait once I finally received my MY. I wish all businesses were run this way and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ian and ALSET to anyone.
