This is remarkable in part because I was a pretty annoying customer. First, I asked for a bunch of his time to get clarity and comps on products and pricing. Then I pushed for an earlier time on the schedule. Then, after paying a deposit to reserve a spot, I changed my mind and decided to wait on the services. Throughout the process he was available, friendly and didn’t hassle me at all. Prices have always been reasonable but the work and attention to detail is exceptional. Dennis has been great to work with as well! He genuinely cares about the quality of service and that folks are happy with the work. I most recently brought in my Tesla Model S to get some PPF replaced after some normal wear and tear and not only did Dennis hook it up but he went the extra mile. There was a minor miscommunication on an additional area I thought was getting replaced but was not originally included. Well, Dennis simply decided to just take care of that area at no additional charge. These guys get it. Needed my front two tinted to match the back and paid $200 (based on car I’m sure, so your price may be a bit different). Dropped it off at 8:45am and had it finished by 10:30am. Car looked phenomenal, lifetime warranty against that bum a** bubbling you see on terrible tint jobs. Highly recommend and will be doing my windshield shortly! The team there are responsive, informed and a pleasure to interact with. The shop is located off a main road and very easy to locate with the aid of Maps / Google Maps. Their materials are well-selected and come with warranty of fitness & use. Because of positive experiences in the past with ceramic / nano structure films we decided to go with the same offerings from Elite’ selection. Elite’ quote on both price and time for completion were accurate and the work their team does is excellent. We’ve had zero issues so far and I expect none in the future. We’ll be taking our other vehicle there for similar tint application in the near future. I recommend booking well in advance of the ‘sunny’ season in Oregon as I expect that Elite gets VERY busy in the late Spring / Summer month(s). Excellent work done by a GREAT team – highly recommended. The UV and ceramic tint is fabulous and does exactly what it says and cools the car. The customer service is top notch and Dennis is amazing! Funny, great prices, so knowledgeable and gets it done as described. Have had both my cars tinted here and will never go anywhere else. It’s clean and welcoming! There is a bit of a waiting area. Enough parking to pick up and drop off and easily accessible from HWY 99. The prices are cheap but I do question the honesty and their claim to handle with care on what they do to your car when you leave it with them. I got mine back with scratches and a door ding. Best to research other window tint shops first before these guys. The pricing was very cheap, now I see why. Not satisfied.
