Review: Had 8am appointment I work less than 2 mins away no one was there at 755am and no one answered the phone. Didn’t get a call back, went back at 905 and he called someone else into my slot without even a call back? I have been referring my clients to him for 10 years. I will no longer with the acquisition of me lying about being there and calling. The door was locked and he didn’t answer his phone or call me back. Seems like he might have double booked simple mistake. Why would you call another customer with out calling the one you had an appointment with?
Funny your story changed from the time I was in your office to the time you found a keyboard. You were not there I showed you on my phone I called and the “oh well” commit that morning was not professional. I called you did not answer and your voicemail was full so no you did not get a voicemail. I took my business elsewhere and had great work done. I will refer to his company.
