Review: 4th vehicle I have had done here, matching the front door windows to the rest of the vehicle. Work is flawless, looks amazing and does not take a lot of time to do. I would not go anywhere else.
Updated 070824, 5th car done, new black RAV4. Pat, as always, did a PERFECT. job at a very reasonable price. His work is spot on. I am and will continue to be a lifetime customer.

Review: Outstanding work and customer service. After having my 2022 Ram tinted I noticed the drivers window had a distortion, like a wave. Pat was sure it wasn’t the tint and after removing the film, he was right, the glass was flawed. Took the truck back to Lithia for glass replacement (p.s. last vehicle I ever buy from Lithia Medford) Pat retinted the window at no charge. That is the kind of customer service that will ensure Pat will get all the work I can send his way!

Review: Guy who does tinting is extremely rude, no customer service skills, overcharges for an improper job. Upon scheduling the appointment he didn’t mention any of the following – no waiting area, restroom for customers or any businesses nearby to occupy your time while getting tint done. When we showed up for our appointment he said “You didn’t bring another car?” (like we were just supposed to know…?) For the 2 hrs it took, our only choice while we waited was to wander around an industrial area on foot, nowhere to kill time besides a nearby Auto Zone. Wish we would have have been given these simple details before coming down! Maybe it’s out fault for assuming, but any other place we’ve had auto work done you are treated with respect & given at least a decent place to wait. He asked how dark we wanted the tint & we requested them to be matched to the back ones. He did not indicate that would be an issue. They turned out significantly lighter, which we didn’t fully realize until after driving away into the light of day & testing them out. Furthermore, we were charged $15 over the quoted price with no explanation. He was so dry, condescending & clearly unconcerned with our satisfaction, we didn’t bother arguing. I would just hate to see someone else go through something similar. Seek another technician!
