Difficult to reach areas either poorly done or passed over. Even some areas that were easy to clean up weren’t done. I said I needed a simple clean (the inside windows, a dash wipe, and maybe a vacuum), but they didn’t listen. They did a full clean, including the seats that didn’t need it, and charged what seemed to be the maximum price–$200 more than the max I was expecting to pay. The service was already done so I couldn’t say anything about it. I know I should have asked about the price, but I feel that they should have told me and took advantage of me not asking. They have great attention to detail when it comes to working on your car. They step up and do the little things that I appreciate like cleaning up the soap and water off the doors after the tint service. They are meticulous and that is worth a lot. The prices were a great deal. I did tint and ceramic coating and am very pleased with the results.
