I started out by calling half a dozen or so shops to get quotes, lead times, etc. Tim’s was the only one that actually called me back. I worked with them completely by text. The quoted price was reasonable, they said they would get it done in a day, and I was able to get an appointment within a good timeframe before my clutch totally failed. I took the day off work to get it done since they aren’t open weekends, so the promised timeline was critical. They called me back later that afternoon and let me know my car was ready. The final price was slightly lower than the quote. It’s been a week now, and the car drives so smoothly that it feels like a new car. The people in the office seemed very friendly and were easy to work with. Very nice job! Probably one of the most honest, if not, the most honest mechanics that I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Very down to earth, knows what he’s talking about, breaks it down Barney style, and in a way that is understandable to anyone who has minimal to no mechanical experience! Really fair with his pricing, and will tell you whether or not it’s even worth sinking the money into the vehicle. Which was the case for me, he Let me know that it’s not worth my time or money to sink into the vehicle because in the long run, it’s not worth it and was very upfront and honest about that! I appreciate that so so much especially at a time in our society where it’s Hard to find any genuinely honest and good hearted people who aren’t just looking out for their bottom line. I would recommend Tim to any and every person in need of help with their vehicle, ranging from the smallest to the biggest issues that anyone may be having! His work speaks for itself with the amount of vehicles outside of his shop, waiting to get fixed!
