Review: Very fast, easy, and good service. Only took them about 20 minutes to replace the windshield. There was no hassle, no upselling, no add ons. Honest price, and you should use the coupon that comes in the Bend mailer (the black catalogue).

Review: Very quick last-minute appointment time even for getting glass on a 37 year old truck! And the best part was, they came to me, they were promt on the appointment time, AND they got it done in 30 mins…. bravo! I will definitely be a returning customer, and referring everyone to these guys!

Review: We caught a small rock ding in our windshield outside of Bend. I was worried that the cold weather and windshield defrost cycles would cause it to Crack across the windshield. The team at Act Fast looked at it under a magnifying glass and said to not worry as the ding only penetrated one layer of glass. There was no charge and we were out within 5 minutes. Very friendly and efficient customer service!

Review: I had them replace my windshield in October of 2020. The date they set, they had to cancel because they had a bad windshield replacement and I had to wait for another. They then replaced it quickly which I liked, but by Summer of 2021 there was a growing crack on the inside of my car. It is now all the way down the middle. They have great customer service, but I had a bad experience.
EDIT: They contacted me right away and offered a great deal on a replacement. Seems like they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and product quality
