Requested a standard detail quote (which includes year, make and model of vehicle) and received a barrage of questions that I’ve never received from another detailing company. Then they just said their standard rate for a Tesla was “$598” which is several hundred higher than competitors. Seems like gouge pricing if I’m being honest. I stated that it was just a small model 3 sedan, but they seemed to focus on the “Tesla” price which is weird imho. Then after the request for a quote I was added to their spam emailing list about ceramic coats, something I did not request nor appreciate them doing with my information.” I will save myself the annoyance of doing business with a place like this. Also, thanks for spamming me by keeping my info and adding me to your sales list. Did you want to cut and paste the emails that you spam people with if they ask you for a quote too? And finally, yes $598 is substantially higher than the two other estimates I received for an interior/exterior detail with no add/ons/extra work—a service that normally averages $350. So yes, I stand by my price gouging “Tesla” comment. Reasonable pricing and they had me in and out within a day. Gave me the use of a loaner car so I didn’t have to take a bunch of time off work. I attribute their great attention to detail to helping me sell my car for my asking price in only three days. The buyer even remarked “I can’t believe how clean this car is.” I always took good care of my car, but the team at Fresh Start Detail took my car to the next level! Highly recommend working with Jason, what a simple way to make both the buyer and me happy!
