Of course, they were more than happy to make time to service my vehicle; but they misled me regarding how much I might expect to pay and arbitrarily added several hundred dollars on their invoice. When I confronted them about this, they were incredibly patronizing and dismissive. And even while one employee in the shop said “I could have been more forthcoming, you’re right,” they didn’t offer to reduce the total cost of the invoice or honor their initial quoted price in any way. In summary they are very unwelcoming to new customers. It’s a shame I couldn’t rate them lower than 1 star to post the review. I walked in today to get some basic info on pricing, and products and services offered there. The guy that helped me was a class a jerk, would not provide any space to browse goods, he did ask me what I was looking to do but after providing him what I was interested in he would not provide any pricing and proceeded to be-little and browbeat my choices, followed by a long awkward stare, so I just left. Don’t go here it’s horrible. [EDIT – 11-3-21] – The owner below states that Covid protocols were not followed, they were, I was masked, and I patiently waited outside and called the number on their sign for showroom access, after being put on hold for 4 minutes they sent the class act rep out to meet with with me, he ushered me in. I had to have a trailer hitch installed and they installed it quickly and efficiently at a great price. There’s one gentleman there, Jon, who is SO knowledgeable he’s like a professor of car mechanics. He was very upfront and honest about what would be involved as well as pricing and he was instrumental in my choosing Accessory Outfiters. I’m generally not interested in details about how cars work but I could listen to him for hours.
