My fiancé took his brand new car in to get tinted snd they broke a piece off his ceiling by the back windshield and tried to hide it with hot glue that inevitably melted by the next day. We reached out and were ignored for 4 days before I went into the store myself. The salesman took a call while I was mid sentence and I proceeded to stand there for over 20 minutes while he repeatedly rolled his eyes and mocked the customer on the phone instead of telling them they had a customer in line and placing them on hold. Once I was able to speak to him about the issue, he was immediately apologetic and offered to discount a wind shield tint. I set up the day and time, but come the day off we got a call that they couldn’t do it that day and to come in next Saturday. They called us again on the day of and said they were out of the tint we needed and tried to reschedule. This continued until they just stopped reaching out. We have since sent an email to corporate explaining we have no interest in working with the company anymore, we would just like a refund on the original tint job where they broke a piece of the car and we had to take it to the dealership for repairs. Pieces were completely broken and parts had to be replaced at the dealership, but the only response we have gotten was a phone call saying they would only do the discounted windshield and when we tried to explain why we wouldn’t be coming back again, they hung up. To the owner, don’t bother replying to this if your only response is going to be “huh?” like all of your replies to bad reviews. —– Author: Preston Ray Rating: 5/5 Date: 10/11/2024, 3:22:08 PM Review: Responded to my inquiry very quickly and had a lot of information. Scheduling an appointment was a so easy. Great customer service and product displays for the varied types of tint in the shop. Knowledgeable staff really took the time to make sure I chose the perfect product. Comfortable waiting space, I was able to get some work done. They finished tinting 4 side windows plus stripped and tinted the rear all in well under 3 hours. The finished product looks great.
