I tried to go to the location closest to me, but was informed the only tinting employee was out for surgery, didn’t know when he would be back. So, I went to another location way out of my way. There was a crease in the windshield film, so I went back to the location that installed it. Their one tinting person was out for a few days. Bad customer service. Also, the person I spoke with at the place that installed it suggested I just live with the crease.
