Review: The business I work at had a cracked door window with the wire in it. The owner of Great American came out and measured it and made recommendations for different types of glass. My boss settled on the type he wanted. A few days later they came out with the glass we wanted, which was tempered. It was cut too big, so they had to put in a temporary window for a few days. Today they came out and put the glass in that was originally ordered. Great service, Great prices and friendly service.

Review: This place is as unreliable as they come. Ask them to cut glass, provide the measurements, they tell you when to pick it up and it is literally never ready when they tell you. I’ve had glass “lost” even…I mean, it’s likely it was never cut to begin with, but the guy told me “lost” so let’s go with that.
They’re customer service sucks too. Bad.
