Scheduled an appointment and was able to get in the next day. (No guarantee that will always happen) They were great in working with me on getting out done as I would have to wait in store. Was done in less than an hour and looked good. Had an issue with the passenger side. Went back a few days later, and they got it taken care of quickly. It happens, and they fixed it, so there is no complaint. Overall, it was a great place for window tint. They do excellent work and I’m very happy with the result. Price is very fair as well. I fully recommend, that just shows how great their customer service is. Did some browsing while waiting, since Josh was busy, they have quite a selection/variety to choose from, with a range of prices, to choose from, as well. Nate was amazing & helpful but sadly his worker didn’t follow through with the plan to reinstall 3 windows and decided to just do one and overlooked the other mistakes. 👎 I feel like I could’ve gotten the same quality at a cheaper price from Old Paris. Nate, the manager, is amazing. Josh told me one thing over the phone, talking with him for over a week, then told me something else when I went in until the tech showed him what he did wrong. I do not advise calling ahead for a price quote, Josh may give u a different number if u you in. Custom sound and tint should keep their word for a price quote.
