I reached out 2-3 months prior before getting work done to ask some questions on pricing, he was extremely informative, and pretty quick to respond. Once I finally decided to confirm final appointment time he was able to work me in on a day that worked best with my schedule. Extremely professional, text message notification with reminder of time and address was great since I’m forgetful. Once I arrived he went over in more detail the different percents for tints on what I wanted. Originally we were just going to do just my car but then once my BF seen his work we scheduled our other car the next week for the same tint. To say I’m very pleased with the results is an understatement! Not only did he do a great, professional job, but it (7 windows) was completed in less that 3 hours! He’s a very nice and friendly guy to boot, which made for a pleasant first time experience at Fast Lane Car Care! Not to mention the very reasonable price! Thanks Doug!
