But, Jason and Rex were beyond amazing from the first phone call for scheduling to the checkout process. The details they provided, their attention to detail and amazing customer service will absolutely make us return customers! I cannot say enough great things about these two guys and this company. I was very excited to my surprise by the time we were done with the whole experience I was extremely mad and upset. To make a long story short, he dropped my car off at 10am and by 5:30pm we went back over to the store since they had not called. When my boyfriend went in he saw that they were just drying off my car! He actually helped them finish drying my car! When I got home and I looked the car over and they did not clean my dashboard at all, my rear view mirror, my back window, and my gear shift. My seats were still wet and my passenger seat still had stains on it. I cleaned the seat and it is fine now. We called the store left a voice mail about how disappointed we were and heard nothing. I gave it a week for them to call us back. I then contacted corporate about this issue only to receive an email back telling me that they can not do anything and will forward everything to the owner. It has been 3 weeks and NO ONE has contacted me. Needless to say we decided to spend thousands else where to have our cars windows tinted and other upgrades done to our vehicles. I will NEVER go back to Zeibart and I will tell anyone who will listen the crap job they did. I think I am more upset about the lack of customer service than anything! Customer service is everything and they have NONE! Moral of the story I could have gone to Moo Moo car wash and detailed my car myself and it would have been done much much better for a lot less money. I see the owner replied to contact customer service, which I did and CUSTOMER SERVICE said there is nothing THEY can DO!
