We are very happy with the service. We had concrete dust in our van and they meticulously cleaned it without any residual dust. We feel we got a good value for the price. Literally went above and beyond getting the job done. Treated my car as if it were his own. You can easily tell they’re an experienced group of individuals. Friendly employees…..they even washed the car after the job was completed .This is the 2nd car I’ve taken to them for window tinting. We have have taken our cars there in the past and been extremely happy; but this time their services did not meet our expectations. We paid for the interior, exterior and engine bay detailing of the car, the quoted price was $350, nearly $400 out the door. To be fair, at this price point we had very high expectations. I feel it should be noted the car was not extremely filthy when it was taken in, I have include before photos that were sent to a different shop for quoting. They were priced a bit higher than the other places I called but they were able to get us in quickly which we were happy with. We did pick the car up right at close and appreciate them waiting for us to pick it up. Due to coming at the time, we quickly looked it over and immediately noticed the debris under the hood, we did mention this upon check out and were given a remedy on the spot. The next day when we went to take photos to list the car and look over it more closely I noticed multiple areas that were over looked, plastic pieces not wiped down, dirt and debris in carpet areas, sand in the trunk, sunblock overspray that could not be removed. Overall, yes it is much cleaner, but for the price point I would have expected it to be flawless. I debated calling bc he had been fair upon pick up but the more I thought about it, I thought for the price it should have been cleaned more thoroughly. I did end up calling, and was told I could bring it back but I should have said something when it was picked up, the call was less than 24 hrs after picking it up.
