I usually dread going to the car dealer and hassle with pricing and all that goes with the experience. Jim Schmidt prices are very competitive with anything I could find. Zach and I had everything worked out via text. Delphos is about two hours from me and they held the car for free (and it was there when I got there), test drove the car without a salesperson and went home. Zach Stayed 30 minutes after close on a Saturday. No pressure at all to buy. A few days later, a two nice gentleman delivered the my car for FREE! Signed the paperwork and got my keys. Simple. I.couldnt ask for a better experience. Zach was able to get the whole deal done over the phone text and email. All of their fees were up front and fair. The dreaded finance manager was fair and honest. He was pleasant to work with. Didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t want or need but offered any and all services I requested. We had a discrepancy with a camera and it was fixed for me and ready when I was ready to drive the vehicle off of the lot. I wasn’t pressured by any one on the sales staff or finance team. I felt good about my purchase when I left and was pretty much right on the dot with my intended out the door price and figures I had drawn up prior to stepping foot in the dealership or calling. Reached out to them and was promptly connected to Zach who answered all of my questions. He was great to work with and didn’t use any typical pressuring tactics common to this industry. When i asked for the full drive out quote, there were no surprises. After deciding to move forward they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport as it was a long distance purchase. Arrived at the dealership, the truck condition was as advertised. Paperwork was done in 15 minutes.
