I have offices all across the Midwest and East Coast. This has to be the best service I have ever received from a glass company. Over night our business door was busted. I called Gene’s Mobile Glass early in the morning on a Friday and to my surprised that Mandy in the office answered. She told me that she would need to check with the technician to see if they have the glass for the door and she would call me back. Within minutes the office let me know that they had the glass and that the technician would be on his way within the next 30 minutes. Within less than an hour the technician Curt is here to fix the glass in our door. Curt is proving to be a top notch professional. First, I was surprised that someone actually answered the phone before the office was even open. I am impressed. Second, I really appreciate the empathy the office staff gave me. I was stressed that nobody would be able to at least board up the window let alone replace the entire glass on a Friday. She calmed the situation down. Third, I didn’t expect top notch customer service so darn quick! WOW! In this day in age where customer service rarely exist, Gene’s does it very well. This team should be proud! Forth, I am impressed with the quality of tech that was sent. Curt greeted us when he arrived and got right to work. He was very professional the entire time. Finally, the cost. With the cost of everything going through the roof I appreciate Gene’s giving me a fair price for a job that needed to be done so quickly. I hope that I never need this service again but if I do I will be calling Gene’s. If you are hesitating on calling Gene’s for any reason I would urge you not to hesitate anymore.
