I would absolutely recommend this place. Fair pricing, quality work and fast service. Note: as I was waiting I overheard a phone conversation. I listened as I wanted to know how they would handle a upset customer. The tech who took the call was very polite, professional and respectful as I could hear the person on the other end of the call yelling at him about the price of a part that was needed but not provided by the customer. Even being yelled at he maintained his professionalism and was still polite. Another reason why I’ll come. I believe I spoke to the owner…..he was a bit condescending. Not a real problem as I am no expert. I was then quoted a price of almost $1000 for just the stereo….bear in mind 5 minutes before he told me he would sell me the stereo for $300. So $700 to install it? I was then told…..”if that’s too much for you…..go somewhere else”. Long story short…..I ordered the same stereo from Crutchfield along with front speakers and all of the installation hardware for a little over $300. The install took about an hour. A little over an hour and I was back on the road. Great friendly staff and also a great price. Offered to give me a ride home and even a ride to pick the vehicle up. Remote start install only took a couple of hours. Fairly priced with other places I checked. Remote start came with lifetime warranty. Chose to go with the basic package but was informed I could return at any point and pay the difference for the upgrades. Great demonstration on how to use the new system even though I thought I knew it all, he showed me something I didn’t lol.
