Review: I bought a truck this week and the first thing I wanted to do is tint the windows and possibly lift it in the near future. I came in early in the week and got some pricing on tint and other things. I was quoted a great price for the tint. Made the appointment for Friday morning. They tinted my driver side and passenger side windows in under 30 mins. At checkout they told me how to take care of the tint and if there were any issues to bring it back. Windows look great and I even got a price for my wife’s car. I’ll be back for sure to tint her car and lift my truck. Top Notch local shop, thank you

Review: GREAT customer service! Looked around for a while for vendors for camper shells for my truck. Very underwhelmed with the customer service and overall vibe in-store at several local vendors. Called up Kar Kraft…. Immediately knew these guys really knew their Kraft and my truck would be taken care of. Fair pricing and EXCELLENT customer service! Chance and his staff will take care of your needs!

Review: I’ll start this with a simple message. If you want good customer service and follow through, Kar Kraft is the place.
I own an A.R.E topper and needed something simple, the seal for hatch on my topper. I called a couple other “big name” stores (all listed A.R.E dealers) in the triangle and got no help, even visited one and was told they don’t have the seal, don’t know where to get it, and no offer of ordering it.
Then I called Kar Kraft, I should have and will in the future call first. Richard picked up and knew exactly what I was looking for. Not enough of the seal on the shelf for what I need, no problem at all, THEY OFFERED TO ORDER IT!!! I know that sounds basic and a “who cares” type of moment, but trust me the quality of customer service and knowledge make this place unrivaled by other aftermarket shops.

Review: I love this place and the service. They’ve done a ton of work for me over the years. Today for some reason the heavy set Hispanic fellow working the desk must of been having a bad day. I tried to have a conversation about when my vehicle would be taken back since I was waiting with it and it had been an hour since I had been there and was there on time for my appointment time and it was still sitting outside at the 1 hour mark (not the end of the world I get it) but he went on the defensive like I shouldn’t of been asking about it. I was being polite asking about it an he turned into a man child. Even after it was finished and he pulled the vehicle around he had my keys on the end of his finger to hand them to me and wouldn’t make eye contact or say anything. I still like this place with that being said. I just think some people shouldn’t work a customer service counter if they act like that when asked something simple.

Review: The customer service here outstanding. Good group of guys and the manager is on point. Had a lift kit and new tires put on my car from them. They communicate well and are just polite and professional. I would definitely go here again to get work done.
