Review: Had tint installed here — paid, and went to get my vehicle and the tint job was AWFUL & one of the glass was damaged, all but 1 window needed to be redone due to various things. Even the employee I brought out to show what I saw when I went to pick my vehicle up was shocked and said “that’s not the work we do.” I was without my vehicle multiple days to fix the issues, didn’t offer money back or comp the tint job because it was so FUBAR’d. I even asked the cost about getting a front window retinted on another vehicle (thinking that’s a fair “apology” and sorry we kept your vehicle for days) they actually quoted me full price.
Very disappointed. Mistakes happen, I have no problem if they owned the bad work and my vehicle being gone for days, but to charge me full price and just shrug it off like I should accept the issues, by their bad work, is inexcusable and terrible business.
