Review: Excellent service! They’re friendly and informative, extremely quick. Had a tire issue and they didn’t have my tires size on hand but were able to get it same day and have it taken care of and also explained what happened and how to fix it. comparable or better prices to other places in the area. Definitely recommend and will be returning for service in the future.

Review: D & D is Awesome! Dennis Sr & Jr are two of the most down to earth sweetest men you could meet. On July 31st we had alot going on and needed a truck & traiker ..long story short we ended up having to pick up elsewhere instead of D&D (because of U-Haul) where we wanted to however after picking up elsewhere D&D were still very kind to help us detach trailer so we could go and load up truck, then come back and they re-attached so we could put vehicle on it all with not getting the U-Haul credit .. these two guys went above and beyond to help us .. if you live in or around the Richlands area I would advise to only go to this business for all your auto and U-Haul needs. Their customer service is 100%! You just don’t see gentlemen like this anymore willing to help in a situation. It’s obvious when you meet them the father did well with his son as he is just like him with sweet and honest to the core. Hats off to the real men of Richlands. Give them the business they deserve instead of these others that are ripping you off .. I promise you will not regret it !A- plus!!!!!!!
