I asked her if she did home window tinting, she replied yes. I asked to get if I could get an estimate, she said what sizes are your windows. I told her there were multiple windows, she said they charge $50 to have someone come out and give an estimate. So I told her I can measure the windows…I started walking around my house measuring each window/door. After I gave her the last measurement she attempted to read back the sizes. (She appeared to have written down a measurement twice or incorrectly?) I then asked her if I just needed to measure the glass only, not including the frame? She said sarcastically, they don’t tint the frame!?!. So I said, lets start over so I can remeasure exactly what the window size is. She gasped as though her patience ran out!? So I just told her if you don’t want my business, I’ll go somewhere else. She was very rude, condescending and impatient!! Never the less, I would never do business with them!!! SHE NEEDS to LEARN PHONE ETIQUETTE!! Can only imagine how much business she had cost the company since she’s been there!?! Had to share my experience! Please disregard the photos of gutters, those were for a different review of Gutter with me, Curtis LLC.
