Spoke to the owner this morning who said if I brought my car in I could leave it until they could get to it and he would work me in (owners a super nice guy). Hours later his mother Cindy called back and said she couldn’t have my car in the lot until they could get to it. I told her the situation about not having a ride and my elderly family member who I am taking care of, she just didn’t seem to give a care. Wow! Way to go Mom… ruining business for your son. Mom needs to retire and they need to get someone in there with a better customer service attitude. Also someone who recognizes that the bosses word is the law of the land in business! I would have been happy to give this business my $ again as the work I have already had done and would have had done over the years would have been worth thousands but now… forget it! Mom refused to work with ppl. 👍 I’ll just give my business to Alfa Tango in Wilkesboro and go with the rubberized undercoating which is even more expensive but lasts longer. I would give this business a 1 star if it wasn’t for how nice the owner was to me. I don’t know if he even knows his mother dud this but I think he needs to law down the law a bit and help mom understand that HE is the boss, not her!
