Review: These guys do an excellent job. I came in five years ago for a lift and a wheels/tires install and just recently visited for some replacement tires and an alignment. I never thought I’d appreciate a straight steering wheel so much. They are incredibly thorough and observant during the process and break down the numbers with expertise. Can’t thank or recommend them highly enough. Fair prices too. I’ll be coming back!

Review: Been there twice. Once for brake control for pulling my camper and another time for putting on seat covers. Each time was told the price, after checking out the price was well over $100 more.
Scheduled an appointment with Seth for 830a on the 30th. Josh called on the 29th to confirm my appointment at 1100am. That wasn’t the appointment time at all
Super disappointed.. Really wanted my window tint scheduled. Josh said my scheduled appointment was given away. Who does this kind of business? This company came recommended by a trusted friend. Totally let down by their customer service or service to women.

They did alignment on my truck..no once but twice…till they felt that it was perfect…amazing staff…prices are on point…i truly HIGHLY RECOMMEND CS Motorsports…i will be a definitely returning customer….

Review: If your looking to change your tires and have nice expensive rims this is the place to do it. They do the touchless tire removal and tire installation. You dont have to worry about them scratching the rims. They also sell specialty tires and rims at a decent price. Iv been able to find certain things for our sports car that I couldn’t find anywhere else without have to drive to charlotte or somewhere else. Unfortunately they have one grumpy employee that ive found its best to ask for someone else.

Well at CS Motorsports this is not the case, everyone truly cares about the customer and they take pride in the work they are doing to your vehicle! Got windows tinted and level kit installed with tires and rims, wife got her windows tinted also! We had a few questions about some things and they didn’t try to sell anything extra and was honest and straight forward with us about our questions! I will never let anyone else touch my truck or any other vehicle I own besides CS Motorsports hands down best service I have ever received also the best pricing around by far!

Review: It is my hope that better customer service can present through this facility with communication. I called in advance days prior and made an appointment for a headlight adjustment here for Weds 10/20/21 at 8:30am. The advisor Steven who made this appointment for me I’m not sure if he is bombarded or overworked here but his customer service and communication mentality is quite poor and I apologize. It’s 11am and I’m told my vehicle has been ready here and not once did he or whomever the work was delegated off to as he was gone when I went to check notified me that my vehicle was ready as other customers were informed and had promptly left. Seeing and recognizing this service I just know what the intention was here and despite that I just hope that customer service and communication can change for consumers to come when confirming and presenting for appointments and waiting within the facility with better acknowledgment forward.

Review: Dropped in to buy a quart of diff oil. After standing around for about 10 minutes at the front desk with no one talking to me I called out an employee and he told me they don’t even sell fluids here. Complete waste of time and terrible customer service.
