After several recommendations, I stopped into BWRIGHTS a couple of months ago and talked with Hunter about detail and ceramic coating my motorcycle. I have never ceramic coated a vehicle and consider myself an amateur, at best, detailer. He was very informative, going over the process, the benefits and expectations. He never rushed and answered all of my questions. This past Monday, I took my motorcycle by and dropped it off to get the detail and ceramic coating done on the entire motorcycle, paint, chrome, engine and all. When I dropped it off, I got to meet and speak with BWRIGHT. He again went over the process with me, expectations, benefits and future care. I was excited to learn with their process and products they use, I should enjoy the benefits for the next 5 years. He let me know to bring it in every 12 months and let him check it out and make sure everything was still good. I went by Thursday to pick up my motorcycle. Speechless and amazed don’t begin to describe how I was when I saw my bike! I got my motorcycle brand new in 2018 with 7 miles on it, part of those were my test ride. My motorcycle did not look this good when I drove it off from the dealership! The chrome was so bright, the black was deep and rich. I had swirl marks in various places from my attempts at detailing along with some discoloration caused by some accessory connections / cables. THEY WERE ALL GONE! I had hopes they would disappear, but knew it was a possibility some would remain. It was so exciting they were all gone! BWRIGHT went over everything with me again and also explained the follow up on self care and bringing the bike back in next year for him to check it and make sure everything is still good. The customer service, attention to detail and the work done, are second to none! I highly recommend BWRIGHTS DETAIL SERVICE for any of your motorcycle or car detailing needs. I was skeptical at first since I’ve never thought my car looked “that bad” but after Bernard’s paint correction and ceramic coating, I saw a SIGNIFICANT difference.
