Review: I took my 2024 Corvette ZO6 to Ceramic Pro of Fayetteville NC. My first impression walking into the shop was favorable. I said to myself, Ceramic Pro shop definitely has my business, because they’re very organized. This is an incredibly shop, and the customer service provided by Kat and Eric was family oriented. Kat explained everything for my wheels and caliper job and Eric caught imperfection on my hood decal the dealership missed. Oh yes, the dealership applied the decal. This attention to detail is what professionals like Eric perfects because he cares. Kat also explained the various jobs Ceramic Pro provides. I can honestly state Ceramic Pro of Fayetteville Elite Dealer & Lumberjack Auto Detailing INC exceeded my expectations as a customer. The price is right as well. I will be going back for round 2 and 3 with two more vehicles very shortly to do rims and the Ultimate ION Package. Kat and Eric rocks!

Review: Eric and his crew at Lumberjack Auto Detailing did a fantastic job ceramic coating my car and installing System X glass coating. While correcting the paint, they found a place where the factory burned the paint completely off behind a door handle, as well as a lot of over-spray from where a body shop repaired a scratch. All was cleaned up and corrected to perfection. They were thorough, professional, and gave me a great price. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my car looks.

Not only was the install impeccable, but the process of describing different available [and legal] options really helped us decide what level of tint we wanted. The price was more than reasonable and we definitely got our money’s worth. Eric and his team aren’t messing around – and they’re standing by their incredible work with a much-appreciated application warranty.
If you’re needing cosmetic work done to your vehicle, pick up the phone and call them. Better yet, head over to their shop and scope-out the setup they have over there – it’s unreal. There’s a reason why these folks popped up on your Google search with the high rating they have. They’re the unrivaled best in all of Fayetteville.

Review: They were able to get my vehicle in the day after I called and spoke with the owner on the phone. When I picked my car up it was absolutely spotless and the oder was completely gone. Upfront about pricing when I spoke with them on the phone and very down to earth people. When i need my car detailed again or if I plan on getting any other work done on it I’m definitely going back to them.

I cannot say enough good things about Ceramic Pro in Fayetteville, North Carolina! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft. Chris Cao, in particular, is an absolute standout. His attention to detail and dedication to perfection is unmatched.
I brought my car in for a full wrap, and the results were breathtaking. Every seam, every corner, and every contour of my vehicle was meticulously wrapped with care and precision. Chris and the team took the time to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and ensure I was completely satisfied every step of the way.
The level of artistry and expertise this team brings to the table is truly impressive. Not only do they produce incredible results, but they also treat every vehicle as if it were their own. Beyond the technical skill, their amazing customer service makes the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Review: Visit #1: They did an amazing job detailing my car both in the inside & outside. I am especially excited about the 3 month sealant to the exterior. They painted my brake calipers red, which really sets my car off. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will gladly come again to do more detailing. I will also refer my family & friends.
Visit #2: I came in again after approx. 3 weeks to have my car washed, my front windshield tinted & decals added to my newly painted calipers. They were very happy to assist and welcomed me back. I was notified to wait approx. 1 week from getting the calipers painted red to add decals. I purchased “Camry” decals online & they put them on and safely removed/torqued my wheels so I am still riding safely. The front windshield was tinted to perfection. I could tell a noticeable difference as soon as I saw the car. My interior was cleaned nicely inside & there was no bubbles on the tint. My car received an in/out, exterior wash & I am very pleased with how nice the paint still looks. The sealant is keeping my paint shiny and protected. I made an early morning appointment, waited with the car & a few hours later, everything was completed. I also was able to ask for some referrals for local businesses to help with the purchase of an ’85 Supra & to try some good food in the local area. They are more than happy to spread positive word of mouth for other Fayetteville/NC businesses too. I believe in the power of networking & providing superior customer service. I am super satisfied with everything they have done for my car (detailing, tinting & caliper painting) thus far. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very nice and the waiting area accommodated me well–cool, comfortable and spacious. I definitely will be coming back more. They treated my car like it was one of their own. Come on in too and prepare to be amazed! Your vehicle will thank me later!

Review: I bought a used car recently and it needed a good inside cleaning. These guys worked me in one morning and I even got a customer service discount when it took longer than expected. It was a little pricier than a few other places/people I’d called, but it was worth it. My car looked and smelled amazing afterward! Great work and great customer service. Highly recommend.
