He went absolutely above and beyond and worth every penny. He took time to explain all my options and show me exactly what different levels of tint would look like. Beyond professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. Well worth the price! I’m looking forward to the 98% heat blocking and he said it even helps keep heat inside the car during winter. My only regret is not doing this sooner! I was most shocked to discover the windshield film corrected the halos I’ve seen around bright lights since I had vision corrective lenses (ICL surgery, not LASIK) placed inside of my eyeballs which created a rainbow starburst effect around car lights. I had tent done on all my windows and had the ceramic coating done to my entire vehicle as well as the wheels and calipers. I did shop around for other suppliers and I must say honestly, Champion was the highest. I called John (the owner) and told him this and his reaction was actually what I wanted to hear. John told me he knew he was priced higher than most because his product and his service were the best around. I decided to give them a shot. 72 hours after picking up my car and I can honestly say I feel as though I was UNDERCHARGED. My tent is INCREDIBLE and keeps my car much cooler during these hot summer days and the revivify ceramic coating is just OUTSTANDING. ZERO break dust anywhere and rain literally falls off my car with no need to dry it. To sum my experience up, yes John is more expensive for one reason and one reason only, he’s the BEST. Could not be happier John and Ed and I will refer everyone I know to the Champion team. Being a small business owner myself and dealing with vendors daily, I was astounded by my experience from the first phone call (which was just fact finding) to the finished product (which is amazing!!). I was overwhelmed with John’s ability to not only sell an unique product but to further educate my husband and I about this product that should protect our vehicle for years to come. Champion kept us informed of every step along the way with videos and text messages. A++ for me! The place is beyond clean, which let me know straight away that they would be meticulous when servicing my vehicle. They have a nice waiting area (no wait btw) and snacks/drinks if desired. Pricing: this is an investment and the pricing may not be what you budgeted for. For me, I felt the pricing aligned with the customer service and finished product received. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” Post service: It has rained since my service and I used my battery operated blower (a pearl from Champion) to blow from the top to the bottom and the water just beaded up and rolled off. Let me tell you…this was most satisfying – all smiles over here! It’s been a week since my service, rained on my car and my car still looks like glass! If something were to change I would update my review. We will be back in a few weeks for window tinting. As most people do, I wanted a quote for my car. I couldn’t get a simple call back from leaving messages with the other shops. His easy to navigate website allowed me to create my appointment as well as show me the actual prices for every scenario and has text and email reminders which were so helpful. He is priced very fair. Very pleased! John was fast yet through and takes his job seriously. Very impressed with his entire business. 6 out of 5 stars and will return when I purchase another vehicle.
