They spent considerable time understanding how I used the van. Then they explained the options and the cost. The price was in line for the type of product I needed. They explained that the boards were easy to self install because the van has predrilled mounting points. Also that the mounts were specific to my vehicle. I had them do the installation. Not once did they try to oversell. The final product was actually better than my expectations and the installation cost better than expected. I tend to study stuff to death and have a lot of experience self installing suspensions and drivetrains. I’m also a natural skeptic. I admit that I had my guard up. I would recommend this company to anyone. After several local shops, either couldn’t diagnose the problem or wanted me to leave my truck for them to eventually get to it, I had enough. My brother Tim recommended Nick at the Commercial Center, so I called Nick late on a Friday and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was a little late and got there about 9:30. Nick wrote up the work order, and before noon I was on my way home. I couldn’t believe it! Plus he gave me a very fair price. They were transparent about their pricing. Easy check-in and car was ready when the said it would be. I already had the lift kit, just needed them to install it and they wanted to charge me $1286 just to install a SPACER lift kit not even a full suspension kit. These guys are high on something, I could get a full suspension kit and labor for that price. For a oil change, 2 fuel filters and tire rotation I was charged $653.00!!! They charged me $49.00 a gallon for engine oil the same oil that can be purchased at autozone for $26.00. My Truck was in the shop for a hour yet I was charged $219 for labor. Foolish me for not asking the price of a oil change before leaving my vehicle with them. That’s what I get for trusting a business. I feel so dumb for being duped in that fashion. Oh well you live and you learn.
