Review: Alamance Glass replaced my shower glass and did an awesome job. They were quick, thorough, and reasonably priced. The gentleman that installed the glass answered all my questions on how to clean and care for the glass. Several days later I had a question about the care of the glass, and he returned in person to help me. Now that is going beyond the call of duty! Their customer service is wonderful! I will definitely use them again when I need glass.

Review: They were super nice and went above and beyond for my rv window, even redoing it free of charge to make sure it was right. I do tile installation so I recognize and appreciate this type of pride and ethics. Fair price as well!

Review: Have had glass pieces cut for a couple woodworking projects, they can’t be beat. Great selection, pricing, service and knowledgeable staff. Pieces are always sized perfectly and look great. Definitely my go to place for all things glass.

Review: Absolutely fantastic service. Waited under 45 minutes to get a new car door window. Scheduled an appointment late Friday for that Monday and the wait time was less than what they said. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean, (bathrooms too), and the lady that helped me was incredibly nice and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints. In my opinion the pricing was good and hopefully I’ll never need to but if I ever do need a service that they provide I will be going back to them for sure. Thank you Alamance Glass Inc.!!

Review: I called multiple places in Greensboro and Burlington area for an estimate to replace a windshield on my truck. Glass America gave the best price. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement to be done at my home. The technician called before coming, arrived on time and was very pleasant. He completed the work quickly. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Review: Burgundy and Shane were amazing!! They repaired a main entrance door at my job today and even checked out the other door to make sure it didn’t have any problems. They had amazing customer service and it was very refreshing!

Review: Left a small piece of glass to re-make on Friday, could not get a quote right away because “shop manager had to call me back”. No call on Friday or Monday. When I called myself, the ticket and the glass were both misplaced and couldn’t be found. They would “call me back”, but didn’t. Had to hound them again in Tuesday just to learn that if I pre-paid for the order in full, I would get my glass in short 6 weeks. This service is confounding.

Review: Great customer service and helpful technicians! Our car’s windshield was replaced by them and the scheduling was easy, they had great communication, and the process was a breeze! We have had a side mirror replaced by them in the past and they have always been great to work with.

Review: Fantastic customer service! All the ladies in the office are very polite and extremely helpful. I had two other glass replacement companies come out to fix a windshield on our motor coach and no one would touch it. Not only did Alliance took on the job, they did a fantastic job. They left our motor coach clean, no left over materials or shop materials. Great customer service.
We highly recommend anyone with a glass issue to only visit Alliance Glass.

Review: Great service, friendly efficient workers. They answered all my questions before my windshield replacement. Safelight did not have an option to speak to a human on their phone system which is why Alamance got my business.
