Their communication was great, the pricing seemed pretty competitive and the facility quite neat and professional. They also were very knowledgeable. The reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 is because there was a smear of oil on my passenger seat when I took my vehicle back which comes down to attention to detail. Called many places for a ceramic coat for my new car. Was quoted $ when others quoted me $$$. Once I got in well the price was $$$$ for what I wanted and they tried to sign me up for a 12 payment credit card. I literally had to force them to take full payment. Then the job was flawed and I had to take my car back and have it redone. I won’t be back unless I have guaranteed work that needs done. I was told the vehicle would be ready by 12:30 the day prior. I had a one o’clock and a two o’clock appointment. Didn’t have a ride, so I was going to wait. Dropped the vehicle off between 8 and 9 as instructed. When I approached my salesperson asking him when my car would be ready, he said it won’t be done by the time I was told. After continuously trying to sell me their undercoating and ceramic Z Gloss earlier, he told me he would get me an Uber and take $50 off of the over $2000 price tag for services listed above. Seriously? I approached again an hour later. When will my car be done? Soon. Another hour. They’re finishing up the back window. At this point, he offered me $25 off my bill. I was so fed up and aggravated with the customer service that I paid my bill and left. Several other customers had come in and were given a time for pick up, and they had to wait. Zero management engagement or presence. Shop managers’ names and contact numbers are not posted. No coffee or water is available. Shut off. There are no charging stations for phones. Mine went dead, of course. Zero urgency. Spent close to eight hours of my day there. Time is money. Obviously, the culture here isn’t geared towards a great customer experience. I would not do business with this establishment. Update: I spoke with Vinny, the manager. Here is the result: Spoke with Vinny, the manager.  Extremely defensive.  Started the conversation by saying I shouldn’t have given a Google review that was negative.  Proceeded to tell me his employees told him a different story than mine.  Extremely condescending. He talked about a service I didn’t get and told me that I should have picked up my car at the end of the day.  There was no point in continuing the conversation.  Will never set foot in another Ziebart.  Unfortunately, the franchisees that own other Ziebart’s and run effective, customer friendly units are disparaged by the lack of leadership present in West Seneca, NY. —– Author: Andrea Costantino Rating: 5/5 Date: 6/10/2021, 5:09:36 PM Review: Having had three positive interactions with Ziebart West Seneca I feel compelled to write a google review and share my thoughts with anyone wondering if they should invest in their products. Specifically, I bought a under care rust proofing and paint protection. My car is now 3 years old and looks like it did the day I bought it. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and efficient. Great customer service and you can’t beat the value for the price! I highly recommend! Would not reccomend. Paid almost $300 to have my vehicle detailed inside & out & the quality of service was mostly poor. Detailing of exterior was great but I could’ve done a better job myself as far as the interior is concerned. Dust & dirt was left in the corners of my center council & fingerprints were left all over the rear view mirror.
