Review: Yo these guys are SCAMMERS. Usually I take all reviews with grain of salt but this auto body was referred to me because “these guys do good, honest business”, but in fact it’s the opposite.
I go in for a diagnosis because my car is driving weird. They tell me my rear calipers is worn/ don’t work and they need to service it. “Awesome. You guys are the experts” but my car drove nearly the same after I picked it up, but it’s also came with a charge of $400! AND they didn’t even leave my old caliper they took it. But I trusted them because George seems like a nice guy and I assumed it the old car.
Couple months then my battery dies and I wanted to check if it was the alternator. I tow and leave C&M my car and my number and 3-4 hours go by and he tells me it’s finished. Odd. But no problem it’s a simple fix with a small charge. I walk in and he hands me a bill for $400 for putting a battery and a couple of terminals… What!? No deal, no negotiation. Just basic labor and an arbitrary price. That’s was my final straw with them. If it was a simple battery issue why charge me so much, just tell me, so I could fix it myself and where are my old parts going???
That’s not even kicker, that caliper he serviced for me a couple months back SEIZED after a several hundred miles. So now I have an another bill that I got to take care nearly an upwards of $400 and I still have a battery light, so I was right! It was an alternator issue even though he told me it’s not. They just completely misdiagnosed.
Everything they diagnosed and fixed was wrong they just make up and issue grab cash and charm people to come back.
These guys are only good for a NYS inspection. And scamming.

Review: went to c&m to get my brake pads, rotors and caliper replaced and they did a fantastic job! very quick repair time and a reasonable price. the mechanics are all also very helpful and kind! highly recommended
