First, communication is great – Jon is friendly and quick to respond to messages/emails. I had some specific requests about certain areas of my car, and they were able to accomodate me, which I really appreciated. I’ve gotten my car detailed twice before and neither of them cleaned my car nearly as well as Jon and his team. I’m very detail-oriented and picky about cleanliness (for context, I have OCD, so I have a lot of anxiety about this kind of stuff), but I’m super happy with how my car turned out. They are meticulous and make sure to provide customers with what they ask for. The price was fair too, despite all the extra things I requested. Additionally, I couldn’t make my appointment time, but Jon was super accomodating and said I could bring my car later and they’d work after hours to get it cleaned. I was also very late to pick it up and Jon waited for me even though it was already past 7 pm. Despite me being a dumpster fire, Jon was very understanding and patient. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with the services provided and will definitely come back if I ever need a detail again. I frantically went to Google and was very fortunate to find this company. I called and spoke with John who told me I could bring my car in right away. He assured me he would be able to help me. Well he did, he extracted 4 1/2 gallons of water. I really thought I was going to have to buy another vehicle. The price was also extremely fair.
