Review: What an easy process from start to finish ! I explained what I was looking to do and the guys walked me thru the options and what was best . I dropped off my silver Lexus NX300 for ceramic coating on Monday and was absolutely blown away with the appearance when I picked it up Tuesday . I thought it looked good when I got it , but couldn’t believe how much deeper the shine and finish was when Upstate was done ceramic coating it . The guys at Upstate do an amazing job for a very competitive price !

Review: Can’t recommend enough! Fair prices, excellent work. RJ was responsive, professional, and skilled. My car looks better than it has in years. Not to mention the turnaround time was very quick. Will definitely be back!

Review: I had a paint correction and a protective ceramic coating applied to my 2019 Chevrolet Blazer RS.
Rob is knowledgeable about the services he provides. Explain’s what he is going to do with your vehicle. Suggests other services and explains what benefits they provide that you may want to consider and never pushes them on you. He also educates on fad things people might be posting about on social media that may be a waste of money. Has fair and competitive prices.
No one else I would trust with my vehicles.

Review: I hired Upstate Premier Detailing to detail a 7 year old Dodge Challenger that I recently purchased. The previous owner was a smoker, and I’d spent a month cleaning and trying to get the odor out of the interior with poor results. RJ and his assistant did an AMAZING job detailing the interior and eliminating – not just masking – the smoke odor by using an ozone machine. The best part is that they came to my home in Saratoga with their mobile detailing trailer and did the job right in my driveway. I still can’t believe how good it looks and smells now. I’ve had many personal and business vehicles detailed over the years, but they will get all of my business from here forward. I don’t impress easily but these guys are GOOD. PS: the price was great too.

Review: The team at Upstate is top notch. I came to them with minimal understanding of what I was looking for and RJ took his time to walk me through everything over the phone and then when I dropped the car off he went over it all again. During the process they kept me informed on how they were doing and even made some great suggestions that made my car stand out. The customer service is just amazing! Brain and RJ treated my car as if it was their own and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Review: I had a significant amount of sap on my car and RJ took care of it with ease. He shared updates with me as he took care of the car, and it looks so much better now than it did. He was flexible with my schedule and got me in quickly. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely use Upstate Premier Detailing again in the future.

Review: I have wanted to have my car detailed ever since our youngest was able to ditch his booster seat. But after a 2 week old vanilla bean Frappuccino that has been left in the door spilled all over the back seat, I desperately needed it.
They responded promptly, got me in the next morning and the car looks (and more importantly, smells) brand new. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough.
