They cut out traffic noise and make the rooms more comfortable; holding heat or cool better. They look great inside and outside! You can see through the screens so well, we don’t need to take them off. We overlook Cayuga Lake so the view is important. Best are the people who replaced our 12 upstairs windows plus another 1 that needed serious rehab in addition to the new window. The men were courteous, professional, did perfect work; not a flaw. Working with Jerry initially was welcome – he was very helpful and responded to emails/calls quickly. We had doubts about replacing our wood windows/aluminum storms with vinyl but are so glad we did. Windows were custom made, high quality, reasonably priced and expertly installed. The crew was timely, polite and hard-working, finished the entire install in half a day. I advised Jerry that I’d be contacting him for additional windows next year.
