The cut was the cleanest I have seen compared to my previous installer. Cons? Communication was lacking, and I was not kept informed about my vehicle’s status. I had to reach out for updates repeatedly. Scheduled and confirmed for Saturday, August 24th at 11 AM for PPF installation. Upon arrival, I was asked if I could wait, and I said yes, thinking it would take at least two hours (see attached). After waiting for 3 hours, I was told the installer was sick and asked to return the following Saturday. Frustrated as I came all the way for nothing, I agreed to leave my vehicle there until Monday the 26th. It was not ready until Tuesday the 27th, and I picked up my vehicle that day. I noticed that my carbon fiber license plate frames had been replaced with their plastic EUDM plate frames. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve my original frames from them, but the screws and covers were missing. Later, I noticed a loose piece of film on the front right side – see pictured. Apparently, Eddie had forgotten to trim it. I brought my car to EUDM for an alignment, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. I came in with my car perfectly fine, only to leave with my steering wheel completely off-center, facing to the right. I had to come back THREE times within a week, and every single time, they failed to fix the issue. It didn’t matter how long I waited – they just couldn’t get it right. The workers inside were not only incompetent but also incredibly unprofessional. On my fourth visit, I had to fight for a refund, and the two people inside gave me the hardest time about it. They ignored me while I was explaining the issue and instead prioritized other customers – probably to scam them into buying overpriced rims. It was infuriating. The only saving grace was the manager, who immediately recognized how ridiculous the situation was and issued me a refund without hesitation. However, that doesn’t make up for the fact that I wasted my time, energy, and money for such mediocre work. Their prices are outrageous – over $200 for an alignment that wasn’t even done properly. That’s nearly the same price BMW charges, and at least BMW knows what they’re doing. Save your money and your car – avoid EUDM at all costs. When I first walked into their showroom I knew I had to purchase my rims from this shop. Because I live in Toronto, it was difficult to bring the rims back with me. But I couldn’t help myself with their Forgiato selection. Eddie was extremely kind and helpful as he shipped these rims to me in Toronto. The price is absolutely reasonable, they’re very knowledgeable, they’re quick to respond and can recommend the best options for what I want. This shop is so impressive I would leave a 6 star review if I could.
