He accommodated me by getting me in and out faster than usual he was very communicative. He let me know everything that was going on with my car and he responded in a timely manner. Louis Told me exactly what to expect with my ceramic coating on my car and was even able to hook me up with someone who could do my tents simultaneously. The leather seats look brand new, and the scratches and blemishes are barely noticeable now. The paint’s shine has been fully restored to its original luster. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Loui personally greeted me and informed me that the rear driver-side brake had gotten stuck. He stayed on-site until I was able to safely move the car from the lot, going above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Our car looked better than the day we bought it. It was spotless inside and out. He also detailed a used car our son bought that was filthy and wreaking like smoke. He managed to get the car smelling fresh and incredibly clean. The communication from Louie is very professional yet friendly. His attention to detail is fantastic. His prices are better than other shops that don’t do nearly as good of a job.
