Review: Billy and Alex are gentlemen and far exceed industry standards in customer service and honesty. They got me out of difficult situation New Year’s Day at Orient Point after I had an automotive issue on the ferry, including connecting me with a Carmine who was the most professional tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. Following which my car was repaired in a professional and timely manner for which I was pleased with the outcome.
