This bank’s services just keep getting worse and worse and worse. Not only do they charge expensive fees for some services, and let’s not get into how much they charge in interest for credit card balances, but yesterday, I went into the bank to get a new checkbook cover, as my old one is tearing, only to be told that the bank no longer has them. With all the money they are making on their customers, you mean to tell me that they can’t provide checkbook covers anymore? How cheap can you get? What would it cost the bank? Less than two dollars to make? If I were a new customer looking for a bank, I would not choose this one. In fact, as an existing customer, I might not stay with this bank. They are making millions off customers, but can’t give you a checkbook cover.
