Got a couple pairs of wheels, pegs, levers, bolts, brackets and all done and very reasonable pricing and turn around. But then turns out they lost a piece I gave them, and I need it to ride my bike. To reach the owner, good luck. I send a text, and it’s a gamble whether I will hear back from him or not. It’s been almost two months since I dropped the parts off for the job. Still don’t have the lost part. Some spots of the powder coating wasn’t clean, evidence of not the best prep. If it wasn’t for the horrendous customer service and lost part, I’d be satisfied. But for the money being spent, you expect better. I highly recommend to avoid this place if you can. Prices aren’t competitive to have you come here. I can’t believe how good of a job they did powder coating my Porsche wheels. The service was outstanding. The owner is hands on and VERY fair with his pricing. I highly recommend this shop. After 3 weeks item still not done, they made me show up on 3 separate occasions just to tell me they made a mistake and still not ready. Can’t speak for the actual quality of the work but on communication this place is severely lacking. If your backed up or run into a issue just let the customer know as most are understanding, but to have them keep showing up and making excuses is just not professional. I worked with Damien who was very friendly and responsive to my texts. They were able to accommodate my request to get my rims done by the very next day, just in time for my road trip.
