Review: Initial work was completed promptly by field crew. Follow-up was needed to fix a leaking shower door. Service manager said he would handle it. I called three consecutive weeks only to be told he’ll call me when he’s available. I haven’t received a call after waiting three months. I’ve moved on to another company.

Yes, this was another company’s install, but you accepted the job. The last thing you told me was you would you would call me to follow up on the leak. You never called me. This is poor customer service. Your response shows you can’t admit when you are wrong. I just want future customers to know what kind of character you have.
