This time just an oil and filter change but more extensive front end work on previous visits. I called on Thursday and Tom scheduled the first appointment of the next day. He got the filter in advance as it is a specialty item thus avoiding any delay for parts on the day of service. Shawn took me first thing on Friday and was done in an hour, in and out.
