They took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out the most was their honesty with pricing. In an industry where it can be hard to know who to trust, the team at NSAC truly set themselves apart by being transparent and fair. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, just honest, reliable service. I was struggling to find a great place for my Blue Mercedes G63 AMG 🚙 to get washed but it was quite difficult. My truck has ceramic coating on it & can only be done by hand. NSAC is truly the BEST EVER. Inny is the sweetest to deal with & Alex is on top of everything all the time. They go above & beyond to make things go smoothly. I purchased a package from them…buy 4 get 1 free. No brainer for sure. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. Oh also they are more than fair with the pricing. Husband and wife team David and Victoria were very pleasant to speak with and kept me informed throughout the process. Fair pricing and great payment options. Getting into an accident is stressful enough and Victoria immediately put my mind at ease. Victoria made all of the insurance calls, assured that insurance covered the damages appropriately, and communicated any updates in a timely manner. I requested the additional service of detailing the car. The price was incredibly reasonable for the incredible attention to detail and the car looks brand new. They also went above and beyond when I couldn’t pick my car up right away due to a family emergency and I had to leave it there longer than expected.
